    2. I NSTALLATION A. How to install the EVO 1000: ✓ Assemble the stainless-steel chassis according to the picture. ✓ Attach the dosage box to the frame with the 4 screws at the back of the cabinet.

    Case of fixed installation: The EVO 1000 is a device that can be used on-line at fixed stations, usually between the filter and a bottling machine. The cleaning procedures adopted throughout the wine pass line can be applied to the EVO1000 and its accessories (probes, flowmeter, etc.).

Let it rotate for 3 to 5 minutes, then empty the tank in the sewer. (Check pH) Caution: the mixture of alkaline products with acid products causes an exothermic reaction.

    The initial flow rate can be verified in “PARAMETER SETTING” mode (see below). The flow meter takes 10 seconds to stabilize the amount and communicate with the EVO 1000. Before then, the flow rate shown is the one that is indicated during programming.
