Scroll the wheel slowly for 0.1℉ precise adjustment or just quickly scroll it for wide range fast adjustment. 4.1Switching Temperature units (°C/°F): Press the Function key for more than 3 seconds to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.

CARE & MAINTENANCE 1.Detaching the Stainless Steel Column: Grip the clamp release to unlock the clamp. Rotate the column anti-clockwise. 2.Pull downwards until it comes off.Sometimes the impellers will jam the motion when the steel column is being pulled off. Shake the column slightly from side to side to detach the steel column.
