No adapter should be used Filters and mufflers are supplied on some models. Check with this product periodically and replace when necessary. Consult a Gast Representative for filter recommendations. For best results, install relief valves and gauges at inlet or outlet, or both, to monitor performance. -

Failure to do so may result in premature unit mufflers clean. Dirty filters and mufflers decrease unit failure. 5. Carefully remove cylinder and shims (Be sure to replace all shims, as they are matched to cylinder and NOTE: Gast will not guarantee performance of a field- rod assembly height dimensions). Remove two retainer rebuilt unit. Return unit to a Gast Authorized Service plate screws on retainer plate (may require heat to facility, or perform rebuild procedures described below. -
