Adjustment of Brakes To adjust the braking strength, adjust the brake by pressing the screw housing downwards (figure 9) and then turn left or right (figure 10). Sitting Position the Nitro on an even and solid surface. Lock the brakes (parking position). How do I replace the front wheel bearings?
To replace the front wheel bearings on a Drive Nitro RTL10266:
1. Identify the correct bearings based on serial number:
- For S/N 2A1606301541 & older, use part number 1026618.
- For S/N 2A1606301542 & newer, use part number 1026618-AN.
2. Remove the front wheel and fork assembly by detaching it from the frame.
3. Remove the existing bearings from the wheel hub.
4. Insert the new bearings into the wheel hub.
5. Reattach the wheel and fork assembly to the frame securely.
Make sure the parts match your rollator’s serial number before replacement.
