Operation Operation Every time a button is pressed, an alert will sound to confi rm the button press. PLEASE NOTE! Possible damage to property! Operation − When the program is running, press the button in order to show the current time on the display for three seconds. Setting the kitchen timer The appliance can sound an alert after a defi ned period has elapsed. You can use this function as an egg timer, for example.

Operation − If the frozen food is still not defrosted after the time has elapsed, start the appliance again on power level PL3 for several minutes in order to completely defrost the frozen food. Defrosting by time You can set the duration of the defrost program. The defrost period is between 00:01 and 99:99 minutes.
Operation Using several programs The appliance can run two cooking programs, one after the other. Set each of the cooking programs as described, and press the button after setting the last cooking program. For example: You would like to defrost food at power level PL3 for 5 minutes and then run the PL9 program for 10 minutes.
Operation Automatic cooking For automatic cooking, it is not necessary to enter the cooking time and power level. The microwave automatically determines the settings depending on what food and weight are selected. Setting the auto program − Press an auto program button once in order to select an auto program.
Cleaning and care Making popcorn Only use the standard packs of popcorn labelled as being intended for preparation in the microwave. If the turntable stops turning as the popcorn package expands, press the button. Then position the package on the turntable in such a way that it can rotate freely, in order to avoid burning the popcorn.
Storage − Always keep the microwave clean inside. Wipe off spatters or spilt liquids adhering to the walls of the cooking compartment with a damp cloth. If there is heavy soiling, a mild cleaning agent can be used. Do not use any cleaning sprays or sharp cleaning products as they could attack, scratch or dull the door surface.
