1. If you haven’t already done so, please activate your unit. You’ll visit www.PumpAlarm.com/activate, then enter your unit’s 6 digit alphanumeric unit number followed by your billing information. The unit number is found at the top of your unit. After completing the form, we will generate the phone number for your unit.

If you want notifications to additional phones, you can repeat this process with up to two additional phones, using the phone2, phone3 commands. See online manual if this step is not successful. 9. Name the Cellular Water Alarm again by texting the unit using the following format: Name{space}John Doe Residence.

10. If successful, the unit will chirp twice and you will receive a text message with the current settings. See online manual if this step is not successful. 11. (Optional Contractor Setup)- Your PitBoss allows you to configure a contractor name with associated contact information.

13.(Optional Contractor Setup)- To configure the contractor’s contact phone number, text the unit using the following format: Contact{space} 14.If successful, the unit will chirp twice and you will recive a text message with the current settings. See online manual if this step is not successful. 15.Installation and configuration are now complete.

16.Test your Cellular Water Alarm by pressing and releasing the “Push to Test” button. The unit will chirp one time and send a text notification to all numbers that have been added. See online manual if this step is not successful.
