ABOUT THIS MANUAL ABOUT THIS MANUAL This manual describes the installation and setup of the Data Acquisition Module e.gate and e.pac from Gantner Instruments Test & Measurement GmbH. The e.gate is a concentrator terminal and the e.pac is a programmable automation controller.
Profibus-DP (gsd-files are available, DP version only), Modbus TCP/IP and it can be connected to any SCADA package using one of the standardised interfaces such as TCP/IP (Ethernet interface). Afterwards start the test.commander. An icon will be generated on the desktop and the test.commander can also be found in the Start-Menu of Windows, section "Programs" -> "Gantner Instruments".
