I have two lights on that aren’t normally on but the manual doesn’t show what these mean. The microwave looks as though it is working but doesn’t heat up.

The context does not specify the exact meaning of the two lights on the Prima PRCM333 microwave. However, if the microwave is not heating up, possible reasons based on the manual include:
- The appliance is locked by the child safety device (indicated by a blinking key icon). - The timer was not confirmed by pressing the appropriate button, so the heating function did not activate. - The oven may not be set to the correct power or temperature settings.
To resolve the issue: 1. Ensure the child lock is not active by touching and holding the lock button for 5 seconds. 2. Confirm the timer by pressing the confirmation button after setting the time. 3. Check that the correct cooking function and power level are selected.
