This car seat can be secured to a vehicle using the LATCH System or a vehicle
seat belt. WAYB recommends installing with the LATCH System whenever
possible as the LATCH system generally allows for easiest installation.
LATCH SYSTEM
LATCH stands for Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children.
Most model year 2002 and newer vehicles are equipped with LATCH Anchorage
Systems. Check vehicle owner's manual to determine if your vehicle has the LATCH
Anchorage System. Look for one of the below symbols:

Some vehicle owner's manuals may identify the LATCH System as "ISOFIX".
An ISOFIX System can be used in the same way as the LATCH System.
Tether MUST always be used when available and
installed with lower anchors of the LATCH system.
