20 – Troubleshooting Guide
LSX has been designed and tested for years of trouble-
free operation, but occasionally problems may occur.
Most likely the cause of the trouble can be easily
identified and solved. In the event you have questions,
concerns or are unable to solve any issue with your LSX,
please contact our Customer Support Team at

1. Network Unavailable – Can I Still Operate LSX?

2. The indicator on the Master speaker will turn from
orange/white to orange/blue
3. In this mode, only Bluetooth, Optical and Aux will be
selectable as sources using the remote control
4. A factory reset is required to restore network functionality
2. Control App Cannot Find My LSX During On-Boarding
1. Perform a factory reset by holding the reset button on the
back of the Master speaker for ~5 seconds until the Reset
LED flashes orange
2. Wait until the reset LED indicator stops flashing
3. Exit the KEF Control App
4. Unplug the power cable from the Master speaker and wait
~60 seconds before plugging it back in

Disable any VPN apps on your phone, as they may interfere
with Wi-Fi detection

of the problem from inside KEF Control app: Settings >

3. My LSX does not appear on my network
