Troubleshooting before calling for service
If abnormality is occurred, confirm the following items in advance before requesting to the customer care center.

Is the power plug unplugged?

Whether a power cut occur?

Whether the front panel open or not?

Is the indoor contamination severe?

Are there many particles on the Pre-filter?
Is the using location too wide?
Are there any obstacles near the product?

Is the unit installed at a location where air flows freely?
Isn't there any foreign material like gloves in the

hand?
Are the humidifier filter and tray assembled correctly?
●
Are there scaling built on the humidifier filter and tray?
●
Are the humidifier filter case and cover correctly locked?

Plug the power properly.

Retrieve working when power cut finish.
●
When the front panel opened, operation cannot be
●
performed. Close it completely.
Perform the presetting once again by referring to the
instruction manual.
Ventilate the area to use the product.

Clean the Pre-filter.
Use the product that fits the room size.
●
(Avoid using it where it is ventilated well such as
●
entrance, window etc.)
Remove any obstacles.

Move and install at a different location.
Isn't there any foreign material like gloves in the

Assemble the humidifier filter hook and tray
●
assembly part by aligning them.
Clean the humidifier filter and tray with citric acid.

Firmly lock the humidifier filter case and cover.
●
This is the sound of the water being supplied from
●
the water tank to the tray. (This is not a problem.)
