Quick Start: iDR Hardware

Unpacking Instructions

1. Open the box from the top.
2. Remove any small accessories loaded into the top of the box.
3. With at least two (2) people, lift the DR unit out of the box.
CAUTION: Always practice proper heavy lifting procedures. Failure to practice proper lifting
procedures may result in injury or damage to the unit.
4. Store the box and any foam inserts somewhere safe & dry, so that if the iDR needs to be shipped
again, there are packing materials available.

Hardware Installation

PC Specifications for iDR
The minimum requirements for the Quality Control computer are as follows:
Processor: Core 2 Duo Class Device
RAM:
2 GB or more
OS:
Windows XP
HDD:
250 GB or more

USB 2.0 Installation

The user's PC must have an appropriate USB port for the DR unit. The USB port is located on the left
hand side of the operator when facing the front of the DR unit.
