  • Page 3 Novo Device Home Screen and Initial Set Up Select the application edition (corporate or education) using the provided remote or a mouse. Presentation Set Up— The default Wi-Fi mode for your Novo device is Hotspot Mode. To operate in Hotspot Mode, select the Hot Spot SSID (this will be displayed on the Novo home screen) on your computer or tablet device.

To make a presentation, each participant’s device will need to connect to the Novo device and join the presentation group hosted with Novo.

    Other Options: Connect as a Moderator The first person to join a session will be assigned the role of moderator. The option to set up Moderator Credentials is available through the Remote Manager Software. Using “Connect as Moderator” by a person with established credentials assigns the role of Moderator regardless of sign-on order.
