  • Page 2 1. Lift off stainless steel shroud. 2. Cut the 4 corners of the box and lay the sides flat.
  • Page 3 3. Remove side door from magnetic clasps. 4. Insert 2 D-type batteries into battery holder.
  • Page 4 5. Lift gas burner slightly to ease installation of gas line into regulator. 6. Cut open 4 bags of glass gems and spread them evenly throughout the bottom of the burner as shown.
  • Page 5 7. Place a small layer of glass gems inside of wind guard to distribute gas flow evenly. 8. Center decorative stainless steel shroud on top of burner.
  • Page 6 9. Assemble glass guard kit using instructions provided in glass guard packaging. 10. Using provided stainless steel self-tapping screws and a drill with a 1/4 "hex head driver, secure glass guard fence in all 4 corners. Note: Drilling may require some force to penetrate through the stainless steel top.
