How to connect your Bluetooth Device:

1. Turn the Bluetooth speaker on by shortly pressing the Power / Pair button on top
The Indicator LED
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your Smartphone / Host and search for new Bluetooth devices.
For iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings > General > Bluetooth (when enabled it will start searching)
3. Choose the Chill SP-1 Speaker when it appears on your search list.
Please enter 0000 if a password is required on some devices.
4. When succesfully connected the Indicator LED
In some situations the speaker will power off one time to adjust settings. Just Power
The speaker will Auto Reconnect to a paired host, if possible, when powered on.
Long press Power / Pair
It is recommended to use a Bluetooth 4.0 compliant host device for higher audio quality and lower power consumption.

Using Your Bluetooth Speaker:

1. Long press the VOL-
2. Shortly press the PREV
3. Press the Pause
If an audio source is connected via the 3.5mm Mini-Jack Audio Input
instead of Bluetooth (the speaker buttons will have no function)

Using Your Hands-free Speakerphone:

1. During incoming phone calls the music will pause, and you can shortly press Talk
answer the call with the built-in Speaker Microphone
2. You may also press the Talk
3. Shortly press the Talk

Charging the Battery:

When the battery is running low, the Indicator LED
Connect the USB charging cable to the USB Port
The LED will light Red when charging, and turn off when the Speaker is fully charged.
A full charge takes 2-4 hours depending on source (5V/1A USB Adapter recommended)
NOTICE: Fully charge the battery for first time use (until LED indicator turns off).
For maximum capacity fully charge and discharge the battery for the first 5-10 times.

Maintenance:

1. Never store the battery in a depleted state as the cells can be damaged.
2. Discharge & charge the battery at least once every 3 months to maintain its capacity.
3. Always keep the unit dry. Avoid damp conditions, corrosive materials & direct sunlight.
4. Do not clean with harsh chemicals, soaps or detergents.
