I want to put a cover on the tubing. How do I remove the tube from the blatter and/or **** valve?

To remove the tube from the bladder and valve on an Osprey Series hydration pack (such as the Hydrapak 1.5L), locate the quick-disconnect valve where the hose connects to the bladder. Press the button or pull the connector apart firmly; it should release with steady pressure. This allows the hose to detach for easier cleaning.
