    OPERATION SETTING UP AND OPERATING LOW PROFILE FLOOR JACK ASSEMBLY- FLOOR JACK 1) Remove pump handle hex. bolt (A) Fig.1 and attach top and botton handles (B) together. Make sure the holes in both handles are aligned and secure the handles together using the pump handle hex.

    OPERATION & MAINTENANCE Lowering load with floor jack 1) Turn the pump handle counterclockwise VERY  SLOWLY to open the release valve and slowly lower the vehicle onto jack stands (jack stands not included). 2) Once repair work is completed, raise the vehicle just enough to remove jack stands (jack stands not included). Then slowly lower the vehicle to the ground.

    TROUBLESHOOTING TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Corrective action Unit will not lift load. Check oil level, add hydraulic oil if necessary and purge air from system. Unit will not sustain load.
