PROGRAMMING A SPEED DIAL NUMBER
Remove the plastic cover and card to access the
programming buttons (see photo at right).

Repeat steps 1-7 for each [MEMORY] button.
*An example of when a pause would be needed is after
dialing a "9" for an outside line. The pause allows time for the
second dial tone to be connected. Each pause is about 1.5
seconds, and several pauses can be programmed in a row.

Pick up the left handset to activate the phone.
Press the [PROGRAM] button using a small paperclip.
Dial the desired number (call is not actually made).
If a pause is needed, press the [PAUSE] button.*
Press the [PROGRAM] button again.
Press the desired [MEMORY] button.
Hang up the handset.

Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and
number.
