my glimmer machine does not work (heat). The red light goes on after inserting the plate, but does not heat or goes green. I haven't used it much, but now I would like to use it and it does not respond.

The Spellbinders Glimmer machine shows a red light when it is turned on but not yet heated to the correct temperature. It is not ready for use until the light turns green. If it stays red and never turns green, it may not be heating properly, possibly due to not being plugged in correctly, a faulty power source, or a malfunction in the machine.
