Open settings by taping on the red Myzone logo and then tap on the cog in the top left corner. How to start and finish a workout
To start a workout with the Myzone MZ-60:
1. Put on the belt, ensuring it fits comfortably.
2. Wet the two heart rate pickup pads on the strap.
3. Attach the plastic module to the strap.
4. Open the Myzone app and go to the workout screen to confirm the belt is transmitting a signal.
5. Press the MZ-60 ‘mode’ button until you reach the HRM (Heart Rate Monitor) screen.
6. Press and hold the ‘mode’ button until “PAIR” flashes, then tap “Pair” in the app.
To finish a workout:
- Stop the activity as usual.
- Remove the belt.
- The workout data will be saved and synced to the app.
