lay the Sun Hut pieces out. You will notice that there are numbers
on each piece. Separate the poles by numbers. The poles for the
bottom half of the Sun Hut have no numbers. Some poles have two
different numbers on them, as they connect one side to the other.
Assemble the top poles first; Insert two #1 poles into the #1
3-way corner pole (see diagram). Push down on the ball bearing
as you slide the pole into the corner.The ball bearing will lock
into place when correctly seated into the hole. Do the same for
corners #2, #3
&

6 are four-way center pieces for the
middle of the Sun Hut. Assemble all numbered poles (see diagram).
Connect all poles together as shown and set the top of the frame
aside.

Assemble the bottom as shown (see diagram). Carefully connect
the top assembly into the bottom assembly. This can easily be done
with 4 people.
layout the ceiling grid pieces. There are 4 grid bars with humps
&
4 straight grid bars (#7}.
The straight grid bars (#7) sit into the humps of the lower grid
bars. The two fan
&
blower grid bars (#9) insert into the holes on
top of the poles in the upper frame.
Facing the frame, the left side has two straight grid bars(#7) ;
the right side has two straight grid bars(#7), two fan
&
blower grid
bars (#9).
