    SICHERHEIT 5 SICHERHEIT 5.1 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Der ZIPPER Betonglätter ZI-BG100 ist ausschließlich für nachfolgend genannte Tätigkeiten unter Einhaltung der in dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschriebenen Sicherheits- Bedienungs- und Wartungshinweisen zugelassen: Glätten von frischen Beton- oder Estrichflächen nach bereits erfolgtem Einbringen und Verdichten. Rückstände vom Einbringen des Betons, wie beispielsweise Grate oder andere Druckstellen und Unebenheiten werden egalisiert und der Boden erhält eine glatte und feine Oberfläche.

    INBETRIEBNAHME 6 INBETRIEBNAHME 6.1 Lieferumfang Kontrollieren Sie bitte Ihre ZI-BG100 nach dem Auspacken auf Einwandfreien Zustand.     WARTUNG 8 WARTUNG A C H T U N G Keine Reinigung, Instandhaltung, Prüfung bei eingeschalteter Maschine! Daher gilt: Vor Wartungsarbeiten Maschine ausschalten, abkühlen lassen! Zündkerzenkappe von Zündkerze nehmen. Die Maschine ist wartungsarm und enthält nur wenig Teile, die der Bediener einer Instandhaltung unterziehen muss.

    WARTUNG 8.2 Motoröl wechseln Motoröl am besten 30 Minuten nach Betrieb ablassen. Ölwanne bereitstellen Ablassschraube lösen Motoröl ablassen – fachgerecht entsorgen!!! Neues Motoröl in Motoröleinfüllstutzen einfüllen bis Unterkante Einfüllstutzen. 8.3 Luftfilter reinigen Ein verunreinigter Luftfilter führt zu Problemen beim Anlassen der Maschine, zu einem Leistungsverlust während dem Betrieb, Fehlfunktionen des Motors.

    WARTUNG 8.6 Lagerung Wenn der Betonglätter länger als 30 Tage gelagert wird: Treibstoff aus dem Tank ablassen  Die Zündkerze abnehmen, und einige Tropfen Motoröl in den Zylinder einfüllen. Die  Zündkerze anbringen, den Motor einige Male umdrehen, sodass das Öl im Zylinderinnenraum gut verteilt wird.
