OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Prior to rst use, it is recommended to fully charge the HALO SHINE 3000. Press the Power On/O Button to display the power level on the HALO SHINE 3000. The LED battery indicator will display four solid blue lights when fully charged. - Page 7 30 seconds. The HALO SHINE 3000 may also be turned o by manually double clicking the power button.
