Operation of the TAULER series is based on the placing of different sheets in the feeder so that this can feed them to the laminating unit where, by means of temperature and pressure the plastic film is stuck to the paper.

Automatic mode: The speed of cutting roller is chosen automatically by the machine.
Page 16
[Technical Documentation] SPEED REGULATION The working speed of the machine is totally controllable by the operator. This parameter depends directly on the size of the sheets as well as the pressure and temperature at which we are working. It depends as well on operator’s ability to feed the machine.
Page 17
[Technical Documentation] PRESSURE REGULATORS AND INDICATORS It should also be pointed out that if the machine is stopped for periods of any length the pressure roller must not be activated, so that it is not in contact with the calendar, since if this should happen, the neoprene with which this roller is constructed may become deformed and loose its surface uniformity.

Temperature is controlled by activating the temperature regulator located on the control panel of the principal module.

Page 20
[Technical Documentation] In order for the system to operate correctly we must verify the following: The film micro perforating wheels (rough) must be in contact with the edge of the plastic film The cutting roller must be at a suitable height, marked as “A” in the following figure.

The micro-punched starting point can be moved using keys 14 and 15 described in settings screen. Press 14 to start the micro-punched earlier. Press 15 to start the micro-punched later.
Page 22
[Technical Documentation] CONSIDERATIONS PRIOR TO WORKING WITH THE MACHINE. In order for the machine to reach its working temperature, we must press the run button in this way moving the calendar and at the same time heating the oil, which then is uniformly distributed over the whole of the calendar surface.
Page 23
[Technical Documentation] To adjust raise the stack until the piston is touching the paper by pressing the stack-raising button. Once in position, turn the automatic selector in order for the stack to rise, if necessary to the correct position. When adjusting the feeder head, the height there is between the first sheet and the entrance into the machine must be taken into account.
Page 24
[Technical Documentation] Any operations carried out on the calander must be done with great care since the surface will be at a high temperature and the risk of burns exists if not done with extreme care!!! Having complied with all the above we then hold the sheet of paper which should be around the calander and press the start button.
Page 25
[Technical Documentation] USEFUL ADVICES Any maintenance operations carried out on the machine must always be done following the safety rules described in this manual. It is recommended to start the machine and complete the full cycle while reaching the working temperature without the plastic film. With this uniform heat is achieved by the calendar rollers and pressure rollers, and also that machine commences to work with heat.
Page 26
[Technical Documentation] On loading paper into the machine, ensure that it is always straight, since if it is curled, particularly on the leading edges, there will certainly be problems, such as wrinkles, incorrect passage through the rollers, marks, etc. For a good result when laminating it is absolutely essential that the paper is well aired and free of any humidity.
Page 27
[Technical Documentation] For stoppages that are not instantaneous, the pressure of the rubber roller must be removed. Always work with the minimum pressure or no tension on the film. Make sure that no piece of paper or film becomes stuck to the laminating rollers. On finishing work remove all pressure from the laminating and cutting rollers because if pressure is maintained over long periods the rubber and polyurethane rollers may become deformed.
