thoroughly factory tested, and the phasing
and polarity selected for best performance.
When components
are
removed for shipping,
the
connections
are
tagged
so
that the
sane connections may be made again.
Should any deviation
occur
radically outside specifications,
this
may
be due
to
damage
to
components or tubes during shipping, or
to a
mis-interpretation
of
connection instructions.
If
after
a
period
of
operation, the
performance
is
outside specifications,
this may be due
to
tubes or
to
some component
aE:ing,
such
as a
resistor changing value.
