XP-Iris v1.1 XP-Iris Overview The XP-Iris is a portable, multimedia player for providing rich audio and video content to individual visitors. It is a handheld device, with a touchscreen that enables visitors to easily make selections and interact with the player and a physical keypad that allows user to enter a number when prompted by the application on the screen.

Each commentary stored in the XP-Iris is coded with a number, which corresponds to an audio number displayed near each exhibit. This numerical pad enables you to key in the appropriate number.

XP-Iris v1.1 Charging racks can also be wall mounted. For details on the safest way to do this, please ask your local Antenna Audio, Inc. contact (see "Worldwide contacts" on page 15). 50 slot charger is designed for large quantities. This design can be mounted in series of 4 units on one rack and can accommodate up to 200 slots once mounted.
XP-Iris v1.1 Note: When stacking 25-slot chargers must be on level platform and must be secured to each other. Assembling the Stand Stands can be setup to contain four charging racks where they are double-sided and freestanding (two racks on each side of the stand), or to contain two racks where they are single-sided and secured to a wall (two racks on one side of the stand).
If the red light next to the on/off switch on the rack does not illuminate, there is a problem with the electricity supply from the main power source, or a faulty cable. Place a XP-Iris in a charging slot. Screen on the device will indicate that the unit is charging.
When the XP-Iris is secured in the docking cradle and is charging properly, on the screen of the XP-Iris a “Yellow” light with light up indicating charging status and a serial number. Once the device is fully charged, the display color will change to Green with “100% Charged”...
Service, repairs and modifications • Service and repairs should be carried out by Antenna International only. Do not attempt to make repairs, or modifications to your XP-Iris equipment. This will be in breach of the terms of your contract and will invalidate your warranty.

Leave the device plugged in to charger for few hours for effective battery charge. CAUTION To prevent the electronic shocks, the unit must be opened and serviced only by qualified Antenna International personnel. • Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. • Increase the separation between the equipment and the receiver. • Connect the equipment into an outlet different from that to which the receiver is connected.
Products of this type contain substances that are potentially dangerous to the environment and to human health. Therefore, you should not dispose of the Antenna International device in a regular trash. As such, the current European directives ask that this device be collected: At places of distribution in the case of a purchase of a similar electronic product.
