a. Use the UnLock button on the Diagnostics screen
2. Verify the Cassette Lock in not broken
3. Open Cassette
4. Remove all bills
5. Verify Cassette height is at 9 (Both sides)
6. Verify Bill length rails are at H (left) and I (right)
