Page 11: Holder Maintenance
“Heater Brush” from the “Cap Brush” (1) and cleaning as shown opposite. remove the “Cleaning Hook”(2). Make sure the Holder is switched OFF before cleaning it. Avoid contact of any AMO cleaning accessories(Cleaning Brush, Cleaning Hook) with any source of ignition, eyes and skin. -

I cannot insert the tobacco stick into the Holder A tobacco portion from a previous tobacco stick is stuck in the Cap, use the Cleaning Hook(1) from the AMO Cleaner Brush, then push the tobacco out as shown below(2&3). To avoid this from happening again, see page 10, step#5 REMOVE. - Page 13 Holder light on the Pocket Charger , this indicates a Holder malfunction. b. Power light on the Pocket Charger, this indicates a Pocket charger malfunction. For a and b , before calling Customer center please try to restart the AMO Device. The light is red on my Holder.
- Page 14 Holder can be charged with Pocket Charger more than 75,00 times. Therefore, AMO can be used for at least 1 year. When it is used 20 times per day and we recommend you to renew after 1 year of usage.
