When the headset is connected to a phone or other device, press and hold
for about 2 seconds.
Pair and connect the headset to two phones
When you use the headset for the first time, it automatically pairs and connects to
your phone. You can also connect your headset to another phone, and manage calls
from, for example, both your personal and your work phones at the same time.
1 Switch Bluetooth on in both phones.
2 To switch the headset off, press and hold
3 Press and hold
4 Pair the headset with the second phone.
5 Switch the headset off and back on. The headset connects to both phones.
Handle calls from two phones
If your headset is connected to two phones, you can handle calls from both of them
at the same time.
End an ongoing call, then answer a call from another phone
Press .
Put an ongoing call on hold, then answer a call from another phone
Press and hold
Switch between active and held calls
Press and hold
End an ongoing call, then switch to a held call
Press .
If you redial or use voice dialling on the headset, the call is made on the phone you
last had an active call.
Clear device pairings
You can clear the device pairings from the headset.
Press and hold
to alternate.
Troubleshooting
Cannot connect the headset to a compatible phone or device? Make sure the headset
is charged, switched on, and paired with the phone or device.
