Transceiver call log The transceiver call log records details of all calls made to the 3033 by an HF user. It includes the date and time of the call, the address of the calling transceiver, the requested telephone number, the dialled telephone number, the status of the call, and the duration of the call.
JPS RTU–292, you can set up the 3033 Telephone Interconnect to operate in an RTU–292 Compatibility Mode. When this mode is set, the 3033 uses a set of voice prompts that mimic the functionality of the RTU–292 Radio/Telephone Interface. The 3033 also accepts RTU–292 commands directly.
Automatic When the automatic operating mode is selected using the Mode button on the front panel of the 3033, the unit does not have to be manned. It answers telephone calls from the PSTN and patches them, under instructions from the telephone user, to the HF user.

Make sure that all equipment itemised on the packing list is present before you start installing the 3033 into your telephone station. Open the carton and examine the contents for any signs of damage.
You must log in as administrator to access the NOTE Control List. For help see the documentation provided with your Codan HF transceiver. To set the RS232 [15way] Mode/Speed: Switch on the transceiver. Access the Control List in the transceiver.
Installation Installing the 3033 Telephone Interconnect These installation instructions assume the following: • The Codan HF transceiver at the telephone station has an appropriate power supply and antenna system connected, and all modules within the transceiver system are functioning correctly.
Codan HF transceiver that has system capability, that is, a 2010 RF Unit with a 2030 Junction Box, a 2012 RF Unit, or a 2110 Manpack Transceiver with an interface adaptor. The 3033 is 3 RU high, and is designed to be mounted in a ″ rack.
