The basic purpose of a sauna is to cleanse the body through perspiration. This means opening the pores of the skin and flushing out the impurities in the body through sweating.

    Congratulations!! You have purchased a Cal Heat Sauna. With a little preparation and care, your sauna will give you many years of enjoyment. This section has been designed to provide you with all the information you’ll need to ensure a safe, speedy and trouble-free sauna delivery and set-up.

Think of your sauna’s surroundings during all seasons to determine your best privacy options. Consider the view of your neighbors as well, when you plan the location of your sauna.

  • Page 12 S-300 and S-400 Infrared models have a different wiring plan (each heater must be plugged into a junction box- located beneath the middle bench). The S-100, -200, -500, -600, -700 and -800 can all be plugged into the wall after the assembly stage is complete (provided that all electrical requirements have been met per the Set-Up and Delivery section).

    Operation Owner’s Manual OPERATION Review all the health and safety instructions. If in doubt as to the advisability of using your sauna, consult your physician. If you feel light-headed or heat-exhausted during a session, exit the sauna immediately. Select the desired temperature and adjust the thermostat accordingly. Allow approximately 10-15 minutes for the sauna to warm-up before beginning a session.
