    Voltages The IPS SSPM is powered by solar power and battery, which has a chargeable and a non-rechargeable component. The rechargeable component is constantly fueled by the solar panel. The non-rechargeable component is used when the primary battery voltage is too low and there is not sufficient power coming from the solar panel. Once the power of the backup battery is exhausted, it will no longer be functional.

    ACCESS CARDS There are three access cards issued by IPS: Diagnostic Card, Maintenance Card, and Coin Collection card. The cards have a unique number so as to be able to track the user and also block the card from being used if it has been lost or stolen. The cards act like regular credit cards, having a 16 digit number, expiration date, and card holder name.
