    TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE Check the following before requesting technical assistance: Insufficient details - This is often caused by an incorrect heating or vacuum time of • the plastic sheet. If your overlay does not have sufficient details, you must prolong the ITALIA heating and/or vacuum time of the plastic sheet.
