    POWER PAK II / PLUS II General Safety Warnings Save all warnings and instructions for future reference. WARNING! Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. Electrical Safety Charger plugs must match the outlet.
  • Page 4 Chargers Use your Kincrome charger only to charge the battery in the POWER PAK II with which it was supplied. Using a charger not designed for the battery it was intended for could cause battery failure, potentially leading to personal injury and damage.

    POWER PAK II Care and Charging Important Notice If the 240V AC Charger (10) supplied is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorised Kincrome service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

    POWER PAK II Operation 2. POWER PAK II Pre-Operation Check Caution: Before using the POWER PAK II ensure your vehicle battery has a CCA rating of 400CCA or less for KP1405 & 600CCA or less for KP1406. Trying to start any vehicle with a battery rated greater than 400CCA for KP1405 & 600CCA for KP1406 could trip the current overload protection or cause damage to the POWER PAK II and void the product warranty.
  • Page 7 POWER PAK II / PLUS II 3. INTELLI-CHECK LED / Noise and Button Indicators The POWER PAK II is fitted with INTELLI-CHECK Jumper Cables (14). Familiarize yourself with the features of the INTELLI-CHECK as per below, prior to connecting to your vehicles battery. (fig 3) (fig 4) Caution: Do Not press the “BOOST”...
  • Page 8 POWER PAK II / PLUS II 5. Charging your Electronic Devices (Phone, Tablet, iPod etc.) Connect the Electronic Device Charging Cable (17) into the USB 5V DC 1A or 2A Output Port (7 & 8). Choose the correct electronic device adaptor located on the end of the Electronic Device Charging Cable (17).

Connect the other end of the 12V DC Female Adaptor (18) into your chosen 12V DC vehicle accessory (fig 7). Turn the POWER PAK II ON the by pressing the ON/OFF/TEST button (1).

    How many times can the POWER PAK II re-charge my mobile phone? The POWER PAK II can recharge your mobile phone approx. 2 - 3 times for the KP1405 & approx. 2 - 4 times times for the KP1406.The quantity of re-charges for mobile devices could vary depending on the product and its battery capacity, also how charged the POWER PAK II is at the time.

    15. Warranty Warranty given by Kincrome Australia Pty Ltd of 3 Lakeview Drive, Caribbean Park, Scoresby, Victoria (Tel 1300 657 528). The applicable warranty period (12 months) commences on the date that the product is purchased. If this product has materials or workmanship defects (other than defects caused by abnormal or non warranted use) you can, at your cost, send the product to place of purchase, an authorised Kincrome service agent or one of Kincromes addresses for repair or replacement.
