STEP 4:

REAR STRUTS TO REAR AXLE AND
TRAY ASSEMBLY
Affix the rear struts (#5) to the rear axle
(#4) and tray (#1) using four carriage bolts
M8 x 25 (#10), four lock nuts M8 (#13), four

washers M8 (#16) and four washers
M10 (#17).

STEP 5:
FRONT AXLE TO TRAY ASSEMBLY
Affix the front axle assembly (#6) to the
front frame (#3) using washers M16 (#18),
nylon washer M16 (#19), and lock nut M16
(#15).

STEP 6: WHEEL ASSEMBLY

Place the four wheels (#7) onto the axles

and the four washers M16 (#18).
Secure each wheel (#7) by sliding the four
cotter pins (#20) into the hole at each end of
the axles. Bend back the ends of the cotter
pins with pliers to keep them in place.
