- Page 5 PREPARATION NOTE: To attach the handle, press the wires on the end of the handle together and insert it into hoops on the basket. Remove the lid from the deep fryer. Remove the frying basket and fill it with oil or grease. Make sure that you fill between the minimum and maximum fill lines.

NOTE: The temperature indicator light will switch on and o several times during frying to maintain a constant temperature.
