Chapter 2: Actuator system function and control Actuator system overview The bed actuator system must apply to the following requirement: A. 24V low voltage DC actuator system with CE or UL approval. B. Low-noise and water-proof, C. Anti-overload protection, and anti-electric leakage, D.

Step Picture Description Lock the head board castor before unfolding. Note: Always lock before movement. Unlock the red hanger of bed two sides. Same in another side. Note: 1. Please do not take them out until the bed is fully unfolded.

Take the red bar out. Repeat for the other side. Note: Make sure the bed is fully unfolded before taking the red bars out. Put the red bar through the button tube. Repeat for the other side. Note: Please do not operate the bed until the red bars have been stowed in the fixed location.

1. Before carrying out any troubleshooting, please ensure that the battery is charged and the bed is connected to the mains supply (power plug inserted to an outlet which is live.). 2. Before starting any repair work, please make sure to disconnect the bed from the mains supply and to separate the battery pack, if necessary.
