CHAPTER 3
This chapter covers the steps you need to take to install the card and its drivers.
It also covers the procedure on how to remove the drivers, if desired.
Step 1 (optional)
• This step checks whether the
GigaWaveTech Bluetooth CF
card can be detected by
PPC/PPC2002.
• Turn on the mobile computer
and wait until all the startup
procedures are completed.
• Plug in the CF card into an
empty slot. Ensure that it is
inserted face-up and in the
direction of the arrow.
• A dialog box should pop-up
indicating an unrecognized
card as shown on the right.
• Click on "Cancel", and then
unplug the CF card.
• You have just validated the
card and socket functionality.
Step 2
Preparing for Driver installation
You will need to setup a prior communication channel to the mobile
computer, e.g. a USB connection.
