It is recommended that both of the batteries to be changed simultaneously, with the same brand. △Note The red LED light indicates that batteries inside needs to be changed. Trouble Shooting Make sure you have connected the Bluetooth wireless keyboard correctly to the PC. For the best performance, we suggest you to locate the keyboard with a distance from other electric devices, such as the computer monitor or external storage devices Make sure you have set the communications between the keyboard and the PC.
