required tools and facilities to provide maintenance and
services for your Geely cars and all the staffs have received
professional trainings.
In case of problems occurring during the operation of
your car, please do the following things:
1. Provide necessary information:
· problem symptom and corresponding conditions
· vehicle model, VIN number, engine number, delivery
date
· mileage covered.
· dealers and Geely International service stations ever
provided maintenance and servicing
· vehicle maintenance history record
2. In order to have a fast processing, we suggest that
you may contact us based on the following steps:
Step 1: report your problems to the service station
authorized by Geely International Corporation, this is the
most direct way of troubleshooting.
The service station authorized by Geely International
Corporation will provide you possible maintenance services.
First, please report your problems to the maintenance
consultant of the Geely car service station in clear
explanation. If you think the problems remain unsolved, you
can directly report them to the service station master.
If the service station can not solve your problem, go to
step 2: contact the customer call center of the dealer in your
home country.
If the dealer can not solve your problem, go to step 3:
