    Xybernaut Corporation will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no additional charge. As such, Xybernaut Corporation may exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new, reconditioned or re-manufactured parts.     Xybernaut will not repair or replace such equipment unless or until receipt of prepayment for repair/replacement costs and fees is received from the customer.
