    Rev. A1 Rest for 5~10 minutes before taking a reading. Sit in a comfortable, relaxed position. Don't move around or talk while taking the blood pressure. Leave your legs in one position, breath freely and calmly. The blood pressure cuff should fit over about 3/4 of your upper arm. It should easily go around the arm and the Velcro should close tightly.
