First   u se  
1.
Connect   t he   a ntenna   t o   t he   N -­‐Male   c onnector  
2.
Use   t he   l atches   t o   o pen   t he   p roduct   c ase,   t o   r eveal   t he   E thernet   c onnector  
3.
Use   t he   p rovided   r ound   r ubber   i nsulator   t o   p ut   o n   t he   E thernet   c able,   a nd   p ush   i t   i nto   t he  
case   o pening,   s o   t hat   t he   o pening   i s   t ightly   c losed.    
To   p ut   t he   c able   t hough   t he   i nsulator,   y ou   h ave   t o   p ut   i n   t he   c able   f irst,   a nd   o nly   t hen  
clamp   o n   t he   E thernet   c onnector.   I f   t he   c onnector   i s   a lready   o n   t he   c able,   y ou   c an   c ut   t he  
insulator   o n   o ne   s ide,   t o   c lamp   i t   a round   t he   c able,   b ut   t his   s acrifices   w aterproofness.

Powering  
The board accepts powering from the Ethernet port (Passive PoE):
Ethernet port accepts passive Power over Ethernet 12-28V DC. Package contains a 24V
adapter and a PoE injector.
Maximum power consumption of the device is 12W at 24V.
Booting   p rocess

and   c hoose   " Webfig"   f or   b rowser   b ased   c onfiguration   o r   " Winbox"   f or   a   W indows   u tility   w ith   t he  
same   f unctions.   U sername   i s   a dmin   a nd   t here   i s   n o   p assword.   I n   c ase   I P   c onnection   i s   n ot   a vailable,

Mounting  
To   t ighten   t he   M etal   t o   a   p ole,   u se   t he   p rovided   m ounting   l oops.   T he   M etal   c omes   b undled   w ith  
two   p lastic   a nd   t wo   m etallic   m ounting   l oops   ( choose   e ither)   -­‐   g uide   t he   l oops   a round   t he   M etal  
though   t he   p rovided   e dge   m arkings,   a nd   a round   t he   p ole   w here   i t   w ill   b e   m ounted.   Y ou   s hould  
avoid   c onnecting   a   l oose   E thernet   c able   t o   t he   E thernet   p ort   -­‐   s ecure   t he   c able   t o   a   w all   o r   t he   p ole,  
so   t hat   t he   c able   w eight   i s   n ot   p ulling   t he   p ort.   I t   i s   r ecommended   t o   s ecure   t he   E thernet   c able   l ess   t han   2 m   f rom   t he   M etal  
device.   T his   i s   t o   e nsure   t hat   t he   c able   d oesn't   d amage   t he   p ort   b y   i ts   w eight,   o r   d oesn't   f all   o ut.
