XonTel XT-16W delivers high-quality, secure communications to meet the needs of mobile workers in industries such as Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing and Hospitality - empowering them to stay connected and work more efficiently throughout their workplaces.

    The following items are included in your package. If you find anything missing, contact your system administrator. Note: We recommend that you use the accessories provided or approved by XonTel. The use of unapproved third-party accessories may result in reduced performance.

    Connect the Power Note: The IP phone should be used with XonTel original power adapter (5V/1000mA) only. The use of the third-party power adapter may cause the damage to the phone. Phone Startup After you insert the battery, Hold to startup the phone automatically begins the initialization process.

    Connect XT-16W to a wireless network (WiFi) To connect XT-16W phone to a specific wireless network you have to do the following: 1. Press the Menu soft key when the phone is idle. 2. From the phone menu select “ WLAN “.

    Configure SIP account on the phone You can register 2 SIP accounts at the same time in XonTel XT-16W WiFi phone. To configure SIP account please do the following: 1. Press the Menu soft key when the phone is idle.

    Call Hold and Resume To place a call on hold During an active call press Option soft key to expand the submenu options and select Hold feature. To resume the call: During an active call when a call is in hold press Option soft key to expand the submenu options and select Resume feature.

    Call Transfer You can transfer a call by using the following ways: A. Blind Transfer 1. Press Option soft key to expand the submenu options and select Transfer feature during an active call, the call placed on hold. Enter the number that you want to transfer the call to then press Transfer soft key.
  • Page 22 B. Semi-Attend Transfer Press Option soft key to expand the submenu options and select Transfer feature during an active call. The call placed on hold. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to and press key. Press Transfer soft key when you hear the ring-back tone.
