Assemble and install the liquid electrostatic spray gun and the conveying pump: Complete the aforesaid installation and pre-spraying inspection. 2. Pour the paint into the bucket: Confirm the viscosity of paint (9 ~ 30 sec. Iwata #2 cup or viscosity meter ) and conductivity (20 ~ 30 mega ohms), and then pour the paint into the bucket and stir well with the pneumatic agitator. - Page 29 OTS-3000 User Manual – Operation and Adjustment 7. Start the spraying process: Pull the trigger. Adjust the paint regulating knob behind the spray gun to confirm proper paint flow is achieved. Pull the trigger. Adjust the regulating ring of tin nozzle located at the front end of the spray gun to confirm the proper scale of spray scope is achieved. Pull the trigger. Adjust the air flow regulating knob on the left side of spray gun to confirm proper atomization is achieved.

1. Paints and Coatings Type Ans: Nearly all solvent-borne and waterborne coatings can be applied by OTS-3000. A coating’s impedance should be between 20M ohm to 30 M ohm obtain an appropriate charge. Changes can be made to make a coating more conductive, including solvent additions, changes in solvent composition, and use of polar solvents. - Page 32 It is same equipment , this function is one of our best advantage .if you have our OTS-3000 ,you can use solvent and waterbase paints with no limited.
