Any displaced fluid must be dried up immediately. In the event of failure/emergency, disconnect the mains supply by removing the plug ü from the mains socket. Stainless steel housing, tank and lid. Pressed tank without welded joints for better waterproof. Cooling fan. Moisture-proofed PCB. Industrial grade IC & ultrasonic transducer. Ultrasonic cleaning is based on the cavitation effect caused by high frequency ultrasonic wave vibration signal in the fluid. Microscopic bubbles are formed, and they implode violently causing the cavitation which creates an intense scrubbing action on the small enough to penetrate microscopic crevices, cleaning them thoroughly and consistently. Product Code: 1036T /1037T/1038T 3. BEFORE USE Prior to each use conduct a visual inspection by checking for abnormal conditions, such as cracked joins and damaged, loose, or missing parts. Items Not Suitable for Ultrasonic Cleaning Soft Jewellery: Pearls, emerald, ivory, coral. Agate, sea turtle shells, etc. Welded, Plated and Glued Items: Welded or plated metal items, glued items. Watches: Except diver’s watches with depth rating over 50m(150ft). Others: Ceramic, camera filters with pre-existing cracks. Cleaning Solutions: WARNING : Strong acid or alkaline cleaning solution will cause corrosion, rust and even puncture of tank or machine body. To overcome this problem, dilute to mild PH solution or request for tank made of specific grade of stainless steel like SUS304. *Warning: For use with aqueous (water) based solutions only. Product Code: 1036T /1037T/1038T 4. OPERATION Select your cleaning solution; fill at least ½ of solution into the tank. Do not exceed the filling line. Note: Do not use alcohol, gasoline or flammable solutions. Doing so could cause a fire or explosion. Use only water-based solutions. Place the items into a basket, then slowly lower the basket into tank. Do not allow items to contact the tank bottom (solution should cover the items). Power switch (C) - Plug the machine into grounded outlet. Turn on the power switch on back side of the machine. The timer and heating indicator light up. Louver Socket Power Switch Select Ultrasonic power Normal or Soft (G & H) to suit item to be cleaned. Normal power (G) operates at 100% and Soft power (H) operates at 50% for delicate applications. Turn the “Heater” dial (A) clockwise to adjust the heating temperature from 20℃ to 80℃. The pre-set temperature light will illuminate for 3 seconds to start heating, the LED light bar will display the ambient temperature and rise until the desired temperature is reached. Heating will automatically stop, the light of the pre-set temperature will continue to blink, the LED light bar below the pre-set temperature all light off and heating indicator light up. Turn the ‘Heater” dial anti clockwise to reduce the temperature. To stop heating, turn the dial anti clockwise to off until heating indicator light up again. Product Code: 1036T /1037T/1038T Note: - The temperature control has 13 increments> 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80℃. - Heating will automatically start again when the actual temperature drops 3℃ below the pre-set temperature. - To achieve the best cleaning result, the recommended solution temperature is 40℃- 60℃. Warm water and dish washing liquid can soften grease and improve cleaning result. - If the pre-set temperature is below the ambient temperature, the heating will not start. Turn the “Timer” dial (B) clockwise to set timer from 0-30 minutes. The pre-set timer light will blink for 3 seconds and LED light bar below pre-set timer will illuminate. As cleaning cycle is completed, the timer indicator will diminish. Turn the dial counter-clockwise to reduce the ultrasonic cleaning cycle time. To stop ultrasonic immediately, turn dial counter-clockwise to off. Note: Timer 9 increments from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 15, 20, 25, 30mins 10. Commence Operation: Once the timer has been set the Ultrasonic Parts Cleaner will start operating. Note: During ultrasonic cleaning cycle, you should notice a “sizzling” noise. This is normal and means the cleaner is working correctly. 11. Cease Operation: When the cleaning cycle is complete turn the Timer Dial and the Heating Dial to the “OFF” position, the Ultrasonic Parts Cleaner will stop operating and the timer and heating indicator will illuminate. 12. Clean Up: Turn off the power switch on the back of the machine. Unplug the power cord, open the lid and retrieve the basket and the items. Empty the tank and clean both the outside and inside of the machine with clean and dry cloth for next use. Keep the drainage valve closed. Product Code: 1036T /1037T/1038T 13. Cleaning Options: General Cleaning: Use only tap water at an operating temperature of 50℃ . Enhanced Cleaning: Add a few drops of standard washing up liquid, liquid soap, or detergent into the water. Other non-acidic cleaning agents can also be used. Note: Any spillages should be mopped up immediately, to minimise safety hazards. 5. STORAGE This Ultrasonic Parts Cleaner should always be stored in a dry location on a level surface. Disconnect 240V power supply and empty the cleaning fluid into a separate container. 6.
