    Overview Thank you for purchasing the ZTE C88 Mobile Phone. The C88 is capable of making voice calls and data connections to CDMA 1x networks. This phone provides many functions which are practical for daily use, including a camera, video recorder, wireless internet browser etc.

    Introduction Key Definitions: Left Soft Key – Execute prompts that appear in the lower-left corner of the screen, directly above the button. These prompts change according to the screen content. Right Soft Key – Execute prompts that appear in the lower-right corner of the screen, directly above the button.

    Set up Your Phone This chapter outlines the steps required to set up your phone, power-on and activate on your service provider’s network. Follow the procedure below step-by-step to get started. Battery Please switch off your phone and disconnect the charger with it before remove the battery. Avoid touching electronic components on the battery and battery compartment of the phone.

    Set up Your Phone Removing the Battery If you need to remove your phone’s battery, please follow the procedure indicated below: Slide the back cover toward the bottom of the phone and lift off the back cover. Insert your fingernail into the finger grip the slot on the bottom of the battery. Lift the bottom of the battery away from the handset.

    Basic Operations Making Voice Calls Using the Keypad Enter a phone number including the full area code by using the numeric keypad. If an incorrect character is entered, use the Back key to delete the digit. Pressing the Back key for a while will erase all digits before the cursor.

If the Caller ID function has been activated by the caller, the caller’s phone number will be displayed. If the calling party use the service hiding their phone number, your phone will show that the phone number has been withheld.

MyStuff The MyStuff folder is a convenient way to organize all the tones, images and videos captured by your handset.
