factory

E- One axle (Taped to the

side of the frame)

Part # AX 1/2N15

BASE PLATE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1) Slide the base plate (Part B) over the nylon frame (Part A) and align bolt holes.

2) Insert 4 bolts (Part C) through the base plate, and the frame.

3) Using 4 Nuts (Part D), finger tighten the nuts, and bolts, to secure the base plate to the frame.

Page 2 WHEEL AND AXLE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1) Push axle (Part E) through the holes in the frame so the axle ends are protruding from the frame equally. 2) Place a wheel (Part F) on the axle with a washer (Part G) on the outside of the wheel. Secure the wheel, and washer, by inserting the cotter pin (Part H) through the holes in the axle.
