RS232 OPERATION
The meter will communicate with a PC via Windows
1 Connect the RS232 cable from the meter jack to the PC COM port
2 Set the PC COM port settings to: Baud rate:2400, Data bits:8, Parity: none,
Stop bits: 1, Flow control: None or Xon/Xoff
3 Run the Hyperterminal program (supplied with most versions of Windows
Operating Systems).
4 Data format:
Where TXXX.X is the temperature in C or F and VXX:XX is the air velocity in
M/sec or Ft/min.
