Installations and Commission 4. 1 Installation of Hydraulic System 4.1.1 Oil pump: Pay attention to installation of the electric system when oil pump is electrically driven, the belt pulley should be aligned with driven pulley when oil pump is belt driven by rig. 4.1.2 Pipe line, Take care that the pipe line is clean during installation, avoid any damage of the four pipe lines leading to the tongs (high) pressure oil pipe line, low pressure oil pipe line, pipe line for hydraulic motor relief and oil line) .
